Our Staff in Training program is offered to both boys and girls completing grades 10 and 11. Campers in this program get the best of both worlds- the fun and thrills of a Nageela summer while also transitioning into staff. Generally, participants in the program enjoy a typical Nageela schedule while receiving a ‘position/job’ during all club program slots.

These positions are based on the interest of each participant. SITs join all Nageela trips, a lot of the specific teen programs and receive many special sessions geared towards leadership development, Judaism in the modern world and self-development.

We are also proud to offer a hybrid option for Nageela girls, 2 weeks in Camp Nageela Midwest followed by 4 weeks with TJJ in Israel.

SIT Girls Dates: June 20- July 12
SIT Boys Dates: July 14- August 5
