Camp Nageela is recognized for their unparalleled attention to each and every camper. Our 3:1 staff ratio ensures caring, personal attention and rich relationships that continue throughout the year. Camp Nageela also has a Director of Campers who works with each child individually to ease adjustments to camp life and maximize success in camp.

Food

At Nageela we take pride that your children are eating food that they love! Our goal is to create a kid friendly and nutritious dining experience. Whole grains, fresh fruit and vegetables are a part of the daily menu. We offer an afternoon snack, which provides our campers with the perfect boost of energy to keep them playing hard throughout the day. Kosher dietary laws are observed. Please contact our office before camp regarding any special diet (gluten free, vegetarian, etc) so we can accommodate properly.

Medical care

The health and safety of your child is of paramount concern to us. At Nageela we understand that the decision to send your child away to camp is a very sensitive one. Our responsibility is to ensure that we send our campers’ home safe and healthy. The Nageela Health Center provides medical coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during camp with full-time medical staff.The Health Center staff care for all routine health issues at camp without charge. The Health Center stocks all basic over the counter medications, and they are dispensed with prior parental approval.
